Today we'll cook masala bread
Heat 3 tblsp oil in a pan
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
Fry the cumin till it turns brown
Put 1 tblsp butter
Put 2 finely chopped onions

Put 1 tsp red chilly powder
Put 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Put 1 tsp coriander(dhaniya) powder
Put 1/2 tsp cumin(jeera) powder
Put 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
Put 1 tsp salt
Mix them
Saute the masala on low flame
Put 1 big sized finely chopped capsicum
Put 1 big sized finely chopped capsicum

Cook the capsicum for 1 to 2 minutes

After sauteing the masala
Take 8 slices of bread
Cut them into pieces as shown
Make small pieces
Put the bread pieces
You can use any brown bread or any bread you like
You can even put pav bread pieces instead of bread slices

Mix them
Sprinkle 1 to 2 tblsp of water on the bread as shown

Mix it
Cook it for a minute
So that the masala is coated on the bread nicely
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala on the top

Put 2 tblsp coriander leaves
Put 1 tsp lemon juice
Mix it
Now the masala bresd is ready
Remove it in a serving dish
Add chopped green chillies on the top
Garnish with coriander leaves
Masala Bread Recipe - Ingredients - 8 Bread Slice (make into small square pieces) 3 tblsps oil 1 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 tblsp butter 2 onions finely chopped 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 2 big tomatoes finely chopped 2 green chillies chopped 1 tsp red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi powder) 1 tsp coriander seeds powder (Dhaniya powder) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder (Jeera powder) 1 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala 1 tsp salt (or as per taste) 1 big capsicum finely chopped 2 tblsps coriander leaves 1 tsp lemon juice Method - 1) Heat oil in a pan, add Jeera, add butter as the Jeera turns brown. Add finely chopped onions and saute till light brown. 2) Add garlic paste, ginger paste and sauté for few seconds. Add finely chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and sauté till tomatoes get soft. Add red chilly powder, Haldi powder, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, salt, 1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala and mix. Sauté on low flame. Add chopped capsicum and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 3) Add bread pieces and mix well. Sprinkle 2 tblsps water and mix. Cook till 1 minute. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala and add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix. Serve hot with green chillies and coriander leaves.
